EMFs Can Derail Your Health

The electromagnetic spectrum comprises both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, with natural radiation limited by Earth's low-frequency magnetic fields and magnetosphere. However, these natural protections are inadequate against man-made electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from modern technology like cellphones and WiFi, which pose potential health risks.

Extensive use of wireless technology leads to increased exposure to EMFs, which the International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies as possible carcinogens. These EMFs are linked to a range of health issues, including neurodegenerative diseases, memory loss, mood changes, and various forms of stress and inflammation.

Chronic low-level exposure to EMFs is increasingly recognized as a pollutant with detrimental effects not only on human health but also on wildlife, indicating the need for broader environmental considerations and protective measures.

Researchers suggest reducing exposure to EMFs through lifestyle adjustments like limiting the use of electronic devices and strategically placing infrastructure to mitigate health risks associated with EMF exposure.
