- Why ODX?
The Health Improvement Plan shows the supplements you recommended in your treatment plan along with full details and directions and any health concerns you plan on treating. This graphical prescription report provides clear and simple reasons to follow protocols. As a result, patients will adhere to your treatment plan more closely, and you can schedule follow-ups to see its impact on their blood test results. The Health Improvement Plan coupled with your expert knowledge provides quick and effective recommendations for treating dysfunction.
Make each Health Improvement Plan report unique to you, your patient and your clinic by uploading your clinic logo, your photo and your patient's patient photo to ODX. We'll add them to the cover page to provide your patient's with a uniquely customized record of their treatment plan.
The first part of the Health Improvement Plan shows, in detail, the supplements you recommended in your treatment plan along with full details and directions, and any health concerns a particular supplement is associated with. The Health Improvement Plan coupled with your expert knowledge provides quick and effective recommendations for treating dysfunction.
The Product Summary Report is the second part of the Health Improvement Plan. This one-page summary of your supplement recommendations is designed for the patient to quickly follow your recommendations on when to take their supplements. Patients can print this out and put it on the refrigerator or wherever they take their supplements.
With the Functional Health Report, practitioners can directly link the results of a blood test with supplement recommendations, showing patients exactly why they should follow your treatment protocol and exactly what individual supplements target. This clarity increases treatment compliance, ensuring that future blood tests accurately capture the impact of your treatment.
The Health Improvement Plan report allows you to incorporate your own notes, messages and directions in a Practitioner Notes section. This way, you can provide further guidance to support the Health Improvement Plan’s automatic supplement recommendations, such as dietary-, lifestyle, and exercise-based interventions.
The Health Improvement Plan comes with a brief, but comprehensive, overview of all the recommended supplements, their dosages, and directions for use. Practitioners can keep this for quick reference or hand it out to patients to present their treatment instructions.
Fullscript and the ODX treatment plan builder work hand-in-hand — go beyond just sending prescriptions to your patient by presenting them with their unique Health Improvement Plan. You'll increase patient compliance by when they see the reason why you've made your supplement recommendations based on their unique blood test results
