Entering blood tests into ODX is now free. Enter as many as you like, for as many patients as you like, including historical results going back years. You pay when you run a report.
Report pricing changed at the same time, and existing credit balances converted automatically. If you're on Blood Chemistry (Unlimited), nothing has changed for you.
10 credits runs a Functional Health Report, and 10 credits costs $50. Blood Chemistry Pay-as-You-Go is now called Pay Per Report.
Who this affects
Blood Chemistry Unlimited is unchanged. Your price is the same and your reports are still unlimited.
The change applies to accounts that pay per report.
Why we changed it
You used to pay to put a blood test into the system. That meant you paid to build a patient's history.
A new patient arriving with 4 years of prior labs cost $180 to load, before you'd produced a single report.
Entering blood tests is now free.
This matters for how you read a case. A Functional Health Report displays up to 6 previous results, and you choose which prior test the current one is compared against. Setting that up used to cost $180. It now costs nothing.
More reports are coming
We're releasing more report types, starting with a Biological Age Report built on common blood biomarkers.
One credit balance covers all of them. A shorter report costs fewer credits than a Functional Health Report.
Credits don't expire, so anything you hold now will run reports we haven't released yet.
What a report costs
A credit costs $5. We set the unit that low so shorter reports can cost a few credits each.
A Functional Health Report is 10 credits, which comes to $50. That's $5 more than the $45 it cost before, buying 1 report at a time.
Credits get cheaper in volume, and that pricing is permanent. It was only available as an occasional sale before.

40 credits puts you at $45 a report. 100 credits brings it to $40.
Set that against free blood test entry. If you load any patient history at all, you'll pay us less overall than you did before.
What happened to your existing credits
Every credit you held became 10 credits. The conversion was automatic and nothing in your balance lost value.
If you held 5 credits before the change, you now hold 50. Those 50 credits run 5 Functional Health Reports, the same 5 they ran before.

Credits are bought in blocks, starting at 10. The page shows the price of each block and what it buys.
Buying credits is optional. Your account stays open whether you buy or not, and you can keep entering blood tests without paying.

Opening one is free and we don't ask for a card.
You can load patients, enter their blood tests, and open 2 sample patients to see what a finished report contains. You pay when you run your first report.

Do I have to buy credits to keep my account open?
No. Accounts stay open whether you buy credits or not.
What happened to Blood Chemistry Pay-as-You-Go?
It's now called Pay Per Report. Same account, new name.
I'm on Blood Chemistry Unlimited. Does this affect me?
No. Your price, your unlimited reports, and your access are unchanged.

We set the credit at $5 so shorter reports can cost a few credits each. A Functional Health Report is 10 credits, which comes to $50, and that's $5 above the old $45. Buying credits in volume brings it back to $45 and below.
Will my credits work for the new reports?
Yes. One credit balance covers every report type, and credits don't expire.
Can I still enter blood tests without paying?
Yes. Manual blood test entry is free on every account, with no limit.
My credit balance doesn't look right. What should I do?
Contact us and we'll check it.
I had an ODX account a few years ago. Can I get it back?
No. We delete accounts when they close, including all patient data, for HIPAA reasons. You'd be opening a new account, which is free and takes no card.
