On Wednesday, August 19th, entering blood tests into ODX becomes free. Enter as many as you like, for as many patients as you like, including historical results going back years. You'll pay when you run a report.
Report pricing changes at the same time, and your existing credits convert automatically. If you're on Blood Chemistry Unlimited, nothing changes for you.
10 credits will run a Functional Health Report (FHR), and 10 credits will cost $50 (discounts will be given when ordering in larger quantities, see below). Blood Chemistry Pay-as-You-Go becomes Pay-Per-Report.
Blood Chemistry Unlimited is unchanged. Your price is the same, and your reports are still unlimited.
The change applies to accounts that pay per report.
Right now you pay to put a blood test into the system. That means you pay to build a patient's history.
A new patient arriving with 4 years of prior labs costs $180 to load, before you've produced a single report.
From August 19th, entering blood tests is free.
This matters for how you read a case. A Functional Health Report displays up to 6 previous results, and you choose which prior test the current one is compared against. Setting that up costs $180 today. From August 19th, it costs nothing.
We're releasing more report types, starting with a Biological Age Report built on common blood biomarkers.
One credit balance covers all of them. A shorter report costs fewer credits than a Functional Health Report.
Credits don't expire, so anything you hold now will run reports we haven't released yet.
A credit costs $5. We set the unit that low so shorter reports can cost a few credits each.
A Functional Health Report is 10 credits, which comes to $50. That's $5 more than the $45 you pay now, buying 1 report at a time.
Credits get cheaper at higher volumes, and that pricing is permanent as of August 19th. It has only been available as an occasional sale until now.
| Credits | Price | FHRs | Price per report |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $50 | 1 | $50.00 |
| 20 | $95 | 2 | $47.50 |
| 30 | $142.50 | 3 | $47.50 |
| 40 | $180 | 4 | $45.00 |
| 50 | $225 | 5 | $45.00 |
| 60 | $270 | 6 | $45.00 |
| 70 | $315 | 7 | $45.00 |
| 80 | $340 | 8 | $42.50 |
| 90 | $382.50 | 9 | $42.50 |
| 100 | $400 | 10 | $40.00 |
40 credits puts you at $45 a Functional Health Report. 100 credits brings it to $40.
Set that against free blood test entry. If you load any patient history at all, you'll pay us less overall than you do now.
Every credit you hold becomes 10 credits on August 19th. The conversion is automatic, and nothing in your balance loses value.
If you hold 5 credits today, you'll hold 50 after the change. Those 50 credits run 5 Functional Health Reports, the same 5 they run for you now.
Credits you buy between now and August 19th convert at today's pricing.
Nothing. Your credits convert automatically, and your account stays as it is.
The Top Up page will look different. Credits are bought in blocks, starting at 10, and the page shows the price of each block and what it buys.
Buying credits stays optional. Your account remains open whether you buy or not, and you can keep entering blood tests without paying and taking advantage of articles, events, downloads, converters, and calculators in our Resource Center.
From August 19th, opening one is free, and we won't ask for a card.
You'll be able to load patients, enter their blood test results, and open 2 sample patients to see what a finished report includes. You pay when you run your first report.
No. Accounts stay open whether you buy credits or not. Your patient data stays protected and available for you whenever you need to run reports.
It becomes Pay-Per-Report on August 19th. Same account, new name.
No. Your price, your unlimited reports, and your access are unchanged.
We set the credit at $5 so shorter reports can cost a few credits each. A Functional Health Report is 10 credits, which comes to $50, and that's $5 above the current $45. Buying credits in volume brings the price back to $45 or below.
Yes. Treatment plans are built from Functional Health Reports, and every report you run includes one. You can build it from our database of nutritional supplements and use the AI-assisted recommended actions for diet, lifestyle, and exercise. Then you can create a Health Improvement Plan report to send to your patients.
Nothing about treatment plans is changing, and nothing about them costs extra.
