About the practitioner
I am an Integrative Health & Wellness Practitioner and Certified Health Coach. I am certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), Level 2, from the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, where I was educated by Dr. Stephen Cabral, a Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy, on the essential steps to heal naturally. His approach combines the best of functional medicine, naturopathy, and ancient healing knowledge of eastern medicine and philosophies to address the imbalances that modern day life contribute to. As a Level 2 IHP, I am trained to understand which lab tests will help my clients uncover the root causes of their symptoms and how to explain the results in a way that allows them to take personalized healing actions and live healthier lives. By February 2022, I will also be certified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach (CFMHC) through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA), which is the gold standard in health coaching certifications, as it is the only program designed and delivered in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).About the practice
