Rubi Anjum has been a registered and licensed dietitian for 16 years. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Nutrition from AMU and completed her Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition from University of Delhi, India. Further, she attended University of Nevada Las Vegas for Didactic Program in Dietetics. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian, a Public Health Nutritionist, and a Private Practice Dietitian in hospitals and outpatient settings and helped people manage their diseases with Medical Nutrition Therapy. Her nutrition education and skills complement her holistic approach toward health and well-being. She is a firm believer in Food is Medicine and has helped her family, friends and clients make mindful choices for their diet and lifestyle. She also works as a private practice dietitian and is the owner of the owner/founder of Nutritious Concepts LLC. She has been the member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) for the past 20 years. Her philosophy and approach is that consistent, focused and small modifications in diet and lifestyle are the key components to long term health.
