I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach since 2013 through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, completing Both Level I and Level II Functional Medicine Health Coach training through The School of Applied Functional Medicine 2019. I also am a RYT200 Yoga teacher 2015. I have been a practicing Health Coach with One on One Clients and I also currently on year 7 with the third largest chemical company in the world as their Corporate Health and Wellness Coach servicing 1800+ employees with one on one services, newsletters, health fairs, and company-wide Lunch and Learn health presentations.
