About the practitioner
I hold a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States (2016) and earned my IFMCP certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2019. Over the years, I have completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in functional nutrition, functional medicine, and nutritional biochemistry. I also completed a four-year course in herbal medicine and am currently pursuing advanced studies in clinical herbal medicine. Additionally, I completed a one-year fellowship in environmental medicine to deepen my understanding of how environmental factors impact health and to integrate evidence-based strategies for reducing exposure risks into my holistic approach. My practice focuses on treating complex disease states through personalized nutrition, targeted supplements, and carefully selected herbal therapies, including customized tinctures, to support optimal health.About the practice
