In 2014, I furthered my training by beginning deep studies at the Institute of Nutritional Endocrinology. In 2017, I received certifications in Digestive Mastery as well as Insulin Resistance, and in 2018 I became a Certified Nutritional Endocrinology Practitioner. I have also been privileged to be working on the team of Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo. I am also studying alchemical herbalism.
