I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, using functional and integrative medicine practices to guide and coach my clients into taking a root-cause approach to their mental health symptoms. I understand that psychotropic medication is not for everyone and once the root cause is revealed and resolved, medication can oftentimes be tapered. I, therefore, also guide clients into tapering off their psychiatric medication, including benzodiazepines.
