I received my doctorate in 1996 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. After suffering from debilitating headaches, severe asthma, worsening allergies, and declining health in my 20s, I have dedicated my nearly 30 years to study, research, teaching, and practicing the support of optimal health and empowering others to manage their own health journey through education and action.About the practice
