About the practitioner
Dr. Hatlestad completed medical school at Southern Illinois University and residency at the University of Minnesota. He also earned a Masters Degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Illinois prior to his medical training. He was Board Certified in Family Medicine in 1993. Soon after starting medical practice in SW Washington, he expanded his education by studying medical acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, environmental medicine, Ayurveda and other aspects of integrative and functional medicine. He continued practice in SW Washington and Oregon until 2017. He then relocated to San Miguel De Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico where he continues to practice, seeing primarily US and Canadian Expat clients.About the practice
